The image galleries have finally arrived! You can view each of the four galleries by clicking on their names in the menu on the left. You'll find fan art for pictures made by CC members, wallpaper for your desktop, screenshots from all the games, and graphics for your website. Anyone who is logged in can post new images in the galleries (although member posts must be approved just like all other posts). There are also comments pages where people can share their opinions on a certain image. Make sure you check them out today! In addition, I finally created an automated thumbnails script! Those of you who remember the old image galleries will recall that they took forever to load. Especially the wallpaper gallery. Now, however, a tiny little image is loaded for each thumbnail! Enjoy! |

I am proud to announce a new, huge project for Creatures 2: The Life Kit #3. Matthew Holmes, the maker of the C2 Borg Norns, will make the genome for the new "Wish Norns" that will follow this new life kit. I, Toby, will do the CAOS and agent sprites. So far the baby male life stage is done, and I've started the female baby sprites. Many COBs are done and I feel like the project is going really well. Although since we're the only 2 people working on this project so far, it'll take some time to complete it all. Some spriters would be welcome to join the team! Users may now add people to their Creatures Caves address books! This allows them to A) keep track of all their usual contacts, B) create a buddy list to be displayed in profiles, and C) give each person comments and personalized details. So log in and head on over to My Caves Main then click on Address Book. From here you can add contacts, edit contacts, delete contacts, view contacts, and see who considers you a buddy. Contacts can also be added by clicking the "Add To Address Book" link on a user's profile. If anyone has any suggestions or comments please feel free to post them in this thread of the News forum. Although I never really told anyone other than the site staff, ever since this site was revamped with this new design, the gagging function was never completed (among other things). However, I finally found some free time and implemented it! Now moderators, managers, and administrators can revoke a user's posting priveledges if they misbehave. So be on your best behavior, everyone! Note: When gagged, a user cannot A) submit posts to the website, B) post in the forums, C) edit their profiles, D) change their information, or E) send private messages. A reason is provided with every gag and they can only last for up to 30 days. A gag either expires once the number of days is up or is removed by a moderator, manager, or administrator. |

Yes, there has been an... UPDATE! Nothing big, but an update nonetheless. I went ahead and downloaded the new really cool Garbage Dump metaroom and thought I would give it a go. I've decided that it's one of my new favorite metarooms and so I've added it to the official Creatures Caves Metarooms listing. Man, this website is dead. I guess it does need me after all.  I didn't think the forums would be that inactive. If anyone has any suggestions on how to revive the site please post them in the Website Revival thread in the general forum. Thanks! |

Only one day after their announcement, The Corona Team has rolled out their new metaroom, the Garbage Dump! "The Garbage Dump is a new room themed for toxic norns to live in. With a toxic garbage pool new types of toxic plants and animals and a floor littered with rubbish, this is the greatest place to keep your toxic norns." It has amazing graphics done by Moe, and was coded by edash and AquaShee. All I can say is go get it now! |

The Eclipse has happened, and with it comes corona. A new development team compromising of myself, Moe and AquaShee. We have many interesting projects, all of which can be seen on our site, including a room dedicated to Toxic Norns a new water based room and something greater than anything you have seen before. Well, the website was down for a few weeks, and for once it wasn't related to hosting! The domain expired on September 2nd and I finally got a new credit card and renewed it a few days ago. So we're back, same as before. News, forums, My Caves. It's all here.  |
