He is a hatchery norn who can not stop spinning and he cannot move, but he can and will eat food that is put near him.

This norn is from the same family tree as Fluttershy (who can be found on this site) and suffers from a simmilar issue (just standing aound and spinning) but slightly worse for she has not eaten at all, so her life force has been hovering around 47% since birth.

She's here becuase she seems to have trouble moving, she can move (mostly on command) has interacted with the learning machine and walked a bit own her own, but mostly she just looks and spins around.

Very odd SERU norn with multiple quirks:
- Was frozen at birth for several minutes and gave me an error when first hatching, I was going to leave her to die but she came to life when slapped by a norn I imported!
