Well, this is it. The last day of the CCSF. Everything sent in has been released and the only thing still going is the Wolfling Run. The videos and adoption packs for the Wolfling run will continue to be shared on the CCSF site until the wolfling run has finished. So don't worry about missing the finale of the wolfling run.
I hope everyone enjoyed the CCSF and is having fun with the releases!
Sorry! Was so tired and busy yesterday that I forgot to make a news post. So, here's yesterday's wolfling run video.
(I hope I didn't screw up the link to the video... things are just getting dramatic. CCSF 2019
Day 4 of the CCSF brings us an update to the TWB and TCB, a new toy, and two new food sources, including one specially designed for carnivorous creatures!
The 2019 Creatures Community Spirit Festival has begun! Head to the CCSF 2019 website to check out the day's releases and get the latest news on the wolfling run.
This was just a quick update for those who sub to my YouTube channel and aren't on the Caves or Discord!
Ask Flynn will be drawing responses for the duration of the festival. If you want to send them an ask ahead of time, prefix it with "CCSF" and they'll hold off on posting it until the time arrives. A big thank you to Wesley for going through the video and adding captions for the hearing impaired!
Out of curiosity, would it help encourage submissions for the CCSF if I were to have some sort of reward for certain numbers of submissions? For example, once there are 10 submissions I'll add a new agent as a prize, at 20 submissions maybe add a new metaroom. Would that encourage more people to work on their submissions for the CCSF?
If it would, what do you think would be good goals for that? How many submissions for each prize, and what some of those prizes should be?
Would offering writing prompts help with poetry and story submissions?
Just a reminder, it will really help us if you can send in your CCSF submissions early. It gives us time to come up with more creative introductions for the submissions.
Please send your submissions to ccsf.november.2019@gmail.com
I'm pleased as punch to accept the coordinator position! However, since a lot of people have mentioned that it might be less work and stress if I shared the load, I do intend to collaborate with the other candidates to make this festival the best it can be!
I've got quite a bit of planning to do, it would seem! I'll let you guys know when I have more information, but for the moment, it looks like this year's festival will begin November 4th, the 20th anniversary of Creatures 3!
In the meantime, please email any submissions you already have to
ccsf.november.2019@gmail.com so we can allocate a slot for you as quickly as possible.
Looking forward to seeing what everyone's cooking up! Have fun!
Sorry about the delay everyone, things have been kind of hectic. Mea has tossed her hat into the ring for coordinator, though! So, just a quick re-vote and we'll see how it goes!
We've been receiving quite a few e-mails from users who are unable to register and retrieve their lost passwords.
I have some good news - both of those pages should be fixed now. If you're still having any issues, please do send another e-mail through the contact page and we'll get back to you as soon as possible.
