General Forum Sam images?    ToxicNorn        8/10/2009 I was looking through the C2 and DS folders, making mods, when i found a bunch of images, probably SAM. I posted 2 of them up in the graphics section of the site, an ice covered rock hidden in the C2 folders, and a secret forest hidden in the DS folders. The C2 thing I don't know, but that "secret forest" looks like the Babel Connection as I already said as comment. The Babel Connection is Ctrl + Shift + B. It tells you how many people are connected to the server (including yourself. "1 People are connected" means for example that you are alone), your DS ID, your Username and similar things. AFAIK it isn't in the game, although there was a mention of ice bergs in an early description of C2, so I suppose it was a regular scrapped idea rather than a remnant of SAM. If you have C3 try looking up algae.c16, butterfly2.c16, cmsh.c16 [that cup mushroom that is pictured on the box but doesn't appear in the game], fanplant.c16, fishbowl.c16, porc.c16 [the infamous porcupine], redhot.c16 and Transporter pod.c16 for more secret files that weren't included in the game.   ToxicNorn     8/10/2009 On DS there is also a green window with a check mark and an X. I'm gonna check C1 for stuff. Edit: all the c1 images are just black squares. anybody know how to fix this? double Edit: anybody know what DJ Grendel was supposed to be for? O.o its rare but it does come in c2,when very cold,they appear as a bridge of them across the dark ocean >_> I seen it myself but there is probely other hiden un-used sprites in c2,but the iceberg i know it existing,so nno it's not scrapped ^^' as for the forest thingy,dunno,might be as papriko say X3 I use marsha's warp agent ^^'   EmergencyTowel   8/10/2009 really?Got any pics? Feed my pets: Shroomy and Glow!   Norngirl     8/10/2009 red dots also exist in c2,if thats what you mean? theyre somewhere in the waterfall area,with a bottle like object,having a pearfruit and some caterpillars ^^' but if its for c3/ds then i dont' know: and yes,i know it exist,i have somwhere on my burned cd with lots of image of my own norns,one of them standing on it >_> Probely i might be able fetch a screeny for you all to see it :3 as i said on toxicnorns image in the gallery,i belive it's the freeze grendel thingy *geting it from clabs* wherre the chances is the best to see it *appears at dark ocean,Not draker or whatever i misspelled when typing too fast ^^'   ToxicNorn     8/10/2009 I have over 8 freeze grendels and im not getting any ice in the middle of winter. My site: http://toxicnorn.webs.com/   Norngirl     8/10/2009 freeze grendels,as in those blue little 3d grendels,that wander in the desert and shivers... im not sure when it occure,but it does happend,did say its rare >_> I don't make this up >_<' if i can recall,i even think i saw it on one site *was the first time i wondered what it was,til it happened to me* probely gonna make a research for this X3 speaking of things thats un-used in creatures games,i do remember i saw a bunch in creatures advneture/playground.. naming a few: something similar the "Toby appear from the shee statue in c2" but this time with another guy.. some sweet toy's that dosn't appear,a trampolin *sorry if bad spelled* another kind of radio and i think it was another kind of ball..also found the typical old c2 promo hebbe in there too.. im sure i found other stuff too a thing that actuly annoyed me a lot,is that both the c2 and the ca manual speak of things that would be ingame,wich dosn't appear in mine O.o those things are: C2: said that you can inject plants from the medical kit *like c1* but when i chek,there's nothing >_> CA: the hens would lay egg wich would probely become chikens *Haven't seen that,but it might not exist...or? all thats in my game is the hens wandering around ^^'   Amaikokonut     8/10/2009 I recall the iceburgs in C2 too. They made for a nice little bridge across the ocean, though it looked silly for me because I always had a bridges cob anyways. They're considered critters, not a new grendel breed or anything. Terdish oxen saur yessi atai Kongo Dolpik!   ToxicNorn     8/11/2009 ... found a bunch of stars called "and the world explodes star" and a unused metaroom called aquatic cave that had buttons to fill and empty the metaroom with water. Edit: found some norn bones, and in a seperate file, an evil spaceship that shoots lazers to kill norns and turn them into norn bones, called deth a external app that had something to do with flowers, and a C2 ettin head, called "ettin.c16". a mini grendel that chases something, the C2 fairy addon, a bony grendel head,a mantis, unused pickups, a huge porcupine with pins all over its rear, and a blurry color square thing My site: http://toxicnorn.webs.com/   Wiimeiser   8/11/2009 Andtheworldexplodesintostars: I saw that one before. Unused Metaroom: Show me! Norn bones & Spaceship: Likely part of Grendel Invaders. Unused Pickups: Icon suggests free scroll, by the looks of things scrolling was going to be like in C2. The bones/spaceship sprites are totally different--the spaceship is about 2 inches across, quite big by in-game standards. It is definitely not used anywhere in the game. Kind of curious that it's there though.   ToxicNorn     8/11/2009 looks like it was a ship that flew around and shot lazers at norns to kill them. The ship is really unused, but the bones look like the ones from the Piranha Pit. Lets play plants! Photosynthesis... Photosynthesis... The bones that come with the deth.c16 are unused Norn bones, complete with skull, that were supposed to be left behind when the UFO zapped a Norn (I guess).
