Creatures Caves

Hello Creatures Community!

Myself and a few others have gotten together to create what will hopefully become a hub for the community as whole, the newly minted subreddit r/CreaturesGames!

We are hoping for this new hub to be a great kicking off point for new and returning members alike to find fun content, blogs, discord servers and more. Sites like Creature Caves here and the discord servers do a fantastic job of hosting discussion and there are some fantastic Creatures blogs out there, but we felt the new user experience of finding these was lacking, something extremely valuable for the long term health of the community. Hosting this hub on a major website like Reddit, we feel, should make it far easier for new potential members to discover us and for old members to see that there's still plenty of life in the community yet!

On a personal note I wish to make it clear it is not my intention, or the intention of anyone involved in the project, for this to "replace" any part of the Creatures Community network. Quite the opposite in fact, we wish to facilitate more traffic to new and existing Creatures sites and sub-communities. Think of us as the little cogs connecting the major gears together. Or glue. Warm, fuzzy feeling, community glue.

So come on down and post memes, fun stories, cool ideas, anything and everything Creatures (and other ALife games!).
