Help Forum Docking Station Startup Error    SpringRain      1/14/2010 I was wondering if anyone can help with this problem. When I tried to start Docking Station on the laptop from my external hard drive, I got this error message: Catalogue Error: CLE0019: Two tags with the same name "Agent Help 2 8 54001" but different contents at item 0 Windows NT/2000 5.1 build 2600 (Service Pack 3) OriginalDisplay DirectX (no modules) Thu Jan 14 17:42:19 2010 - Philip - 2.286 b195 With the options to 'continue', 'quit' or 'brutal abort' Pressing Quit just quits and continue does nothing but close the pop up window. Does anyone know how to fix this error? Any help would be greatly appreciated. According to the CDN classifier list, one of them is by Hausmouse. My TCR Norns   SpringRain   1/15/2010 Ah okay. Thank you Malkin. I checked out the links that you gave me and realised that I do have Hausmouse's cupid's lyre agent installed. I don't know what other agent clashed with it but I might remove the lyre for now since I use the inseminator mostly anyway. If it's a breed, that might be more tricky. I have a fair amount of breeds installed. Edit: Oh dear. I deleted the lyre agent from my agents folder but that didn't work. What else should I do? What fruit agents do you have installed, and which have you installed recently? My TCR Norns   SpringRain   1/15/2010 Hmm...I don't remember installing any fruit items. I'll go and check what I have there. Edit: I've been checking the classifier list and I haven't got any other of Hausmouse's agents installed on DS except the Lyre with the 54001 number. I looked all through the list for that number with the ctrl+f search but I don't have any other of Hausmouse's agents installed currently. At least, not on DS. So I don't know what it could be. Unless...I think I remember that I could have DS and C3 docked on this computer I am using now. And I have lots of agents in C3...could that be it? Be sure to delete the *catalogue* file for the suspected agent(s), as simply deleting the .agent file from your My Agents folder will *not* solve the problem. You must delete the Catalogue file.   SpringRain   1/17/2010 Ohhh right. A catalogue clash. It does say that straight away on the first two words now that I look at it properly. *slaps forehead* I'll go and have a look in my DS catalogue folder and see if I can find the offending thingy there. Edit: Okay, I've looked in my Creatures 3 agents folder and it seems I have quite a lot of Hausmouse's agents installed on there! I just don't know whether that's what's causing the error. Some of the items that the agents produce are indeed fruit but...on DS I don't have any fruit agents (unless meat from the meat vendor can count as a fruit, or the Flyss flower...Hmmm....) I don't really want to remove all the lovely agents and stuff from my games so I need to find out which one is causing it. I have the Lyre in C3, Lyre in DS, a whole bunch of agent help files in C3 catalogue. Three different ones in DS catalogue, The autovendor, door hiders, Americana pack and Valentines pack in C3 (I read somewhere Hausmouse helped make some things for the packs). Edit-Edit: OhMiGosh, It worked! I deleted some more of Hausmouse's agents from the C3 catalogue and agents folders and only left one or two (*Sniffle* Those agents are some of my favourites. Lol.) and now DS loaded and I think it can dock with C3 too! Woohoo! So if anyone else ever has this problem, that's what you have to do. Sacrifice some agents or not be able to play. I chose the sacrifice. I also want to say; Thank you so very much to everyone who helped me and had so much patience. ^_^ I am grateful to all of you and if there's something I can ever help out with on Creatures I'll do my best to return the favour.
