The brand-new Creatures Caves is now here! I hope everyone likes the new design and many new features. This is our first full redesign since 2004, and it took place in honor of Creatures 4, which will be released in Q4 2012. A quick overview of some new features: - You may now post comments on all website posts, including: news, COBs, creatures, metarooms, links, polls, advice, etc. - There is an "Updates" section in MyCaves which tells you all of the new posts that have been posted since your last visit to the Updates page - All of the search boxes now allow you to search by author, subjects and descriptions. Finding COBs and metarooms is now easier than ever! - And many more! If you have any questions about new features or where to find old ones, please feel free to post in this corresponding forum thread. - Rascii |

Admittedly, I'm not too fond of the C4 theme. However, the rest of the revamp looks very nice, and I'll probably get used to the new theme eventually. In particular, I'm very happy that now browsing the forums is easier since threads only stay on one page now. Risen Angel's Creatures Blog |

Wow, thanks for all of the positive feedback guys!  I really appreciate it.If you find any website bugs (I'm sure there will be some!) please PM me or post them here. Some other updates: - There are now Norn smilies. You can view them in the [smilies] link next to text input areas. ![[ntongue]](/images/smilies/emot_tongue.gif "[ntongue]") - There are now 50 preset icons you can choose from for you avatar if you don't want to upload your own (courtesy of Ghosthande ) [accessible through My Caves > Settings]- You may now preview all of your posts throughout the website before making the final post (great for testing command tags and smilies). - You may now quote users in the forums easily by clicking the quote button by each post. - You now have a Favorites list, which is used for sending new messages and filtering the new Updates page. It helps you keep track of what's going on with just your favorite people. Your default favorites list includes your entire old Address Book, but you can easily add/delete people via the Users page or their Profile.- You can view birthdays by month on the Users page, so you'll never forget your friends birthdays again.  - And many more features. Damn, Rascii, you've really outdone yourself with the remake, it's seriously good looking, i feel the actual content is a bit too narrow in comparison to the borders of the site, but really, it's a petty little thing. everything else is superb, I hope you keep up the work on this site man. {also i'm loving the new navigation bar, everything is so nice and clean now  }Not really active around these parts anymore. |

Forum Update: No Games in Updates Section Forum games and any other topics that are deemed un-update worthy will no longer be displayed in the Updates section of My Caves. For those of you who play the games, please just check the Strangeo forum to see if there are any updates. Moderators can disable updates for any thread, but it is recommended to only disable them for forum games. - Rascii |

A few minor updates: - You may now click on the post counts in a user's profile, and it will automatically search for their posts. Check it out.- In the galleries, you may now search "all galleries". Previously you could only search within individual galleries. That's all for now. - Rascii |
