She took after her grendel side for the most part, and behaved more or less normally for a grendel. That being said, her dragon side was apparent through her odd love of shiny gems and her habit of sleeping on them. |

For some time, Ember had been admiring Tatsu from afar. The shine of her inky black scales, the gleam here and there of azure markings, as if she were studded with lapis lazuli... but he kept to the shadows. They'd met several times and got on well, but Ember never believed he'd be acceptable to this strange, half-dragon grendelchi. Nutter had tipped him off to Tatsu's love of gems, and so Ember had spent some time trying to track some down. (Where on earth did you find gems? Was there a seam of stones in the caves somewhere?) At last, he alighted on using a conversation about gems as an excuse to pay Tatsu a visit. Imagine his surprise when she made it very clear that gems weren't on her mind at all... | |||||||||||||||||
