Agreeing with NimhsLab, try doing individual strands rather than just blurring it all together at once. It'll add more texture and look a bit better all together on the norn. Are you going for actual cotton candy? Or fur? Also, it looks great so far to me! I do hope you can get this little fellows done soon <3 | |||

Maybe try imagining it as a pompom, and add on individual strands as opposed to long, smooth waves. | |||

Thanks for the feedback, everyone. I'll try out some different designs and post them. Does anyone have any tips how to make it a fluffier tail? It is supposed to be cotton candy but it looks too smooth and I'm not sure how to make it more fluffy/3D. It's painted with Photoshop because I don't know how to do 3D, if that's how some others do it. | |||

That is the fluffiest tail ever. Other than the fact that, in my opinion, the tail resembles a candy fountain, It looks great. | |||
