Male Candyfluff Norn Art Ilaezha | 7/13/2013 | 3 | !!! What do you guys think? I may make some changes later to the design. |

Looks great!

The long limbs are interesting, but they don't quite sit right on a Norn. He has almost humanoid proportions, whereas Norns are usually short and stocky. (Edit: You can just disregard this part of the comment if you want, I reread your reply and it looks like an accident that his limbs were so long.)
I would also like to see bigger horns, like the ones you had given to the Pixie-based Norn in the other picture.
Other than that, great job! Tail is looking interesting, I love the color combinations you've chosen, and I think the candy cane horns are a wonderful idea.

Oh, I wasn't referring to the positioning with the plastic peg comment. XD I was talking about the difference in styles between the torso and legs. Actually, I think making the whole body smoother would be simpler and would work pretty well. This norn definitely makes me think "hard candy" which I always associated with smoothness instead of texture. Mmm. Hard candy. <3

Again, the positioning is just an error when I assembled the sprites from the sprite file, so that won't be a problem in the game. As for the thighs I can make them sharper or the rest of the body smoother. What do you think would work better? I used Photoshop's magic wand to remove the black around the single sprites so that's probably why the rest of the body looks sharper than the legs do. My editing was inconsistent. Thank you for bringing that to my attention, though.

A few things, actually. His thighs look super smooth and well blended and all the rest of his body looks sharp and textured. The colors look fine as well, though where the thigh joins his body doesn't have a very natural transition. It almost looks like his leg is attached with a plastic peg instead of by bone and skin. I hope I didn't sound too business-like. XD I really mean it when I say I like where this is going.

Criticism is welcome! But I just took the sprites directly from an Emerald's sprite file, so they shouldn't be too long. I may have assembled them wrong, but that won't happen in-game. And what about the legs don't blend with the rest of him?
Also: If anyone would like to make the genome for this breed please let me know! I'm not good with genetics (it's been way too long since I did them) and I would just use a normal genome if someone doesn't want to help make one for me.

This is very cute but I have a few little criticisms, if that's alright. His neck, arms and legs are really long. Makes him look kind of lanky, y'know? His legs also don't seem to blend well with the rest of him. I can't wait to see the final design, though. That tail shows some promise to be very interesting.

That's the effect I was going for! I want to make it even more sugary-looking.
