I'm trying to figure out an IQ test for C2, so I can compare OHSS norns with some of the fixed genomes (Canny, Nova Subterra, etc) and quantify the differences between them. So, for those of you who play C2 - what are some signs of a smart C2 norn? What kinds of situations would really show a C2 norns' intelligence well? By the way, I don't care if anyone steals my ideas for their own work, as long as you don't try to stop me from making my own stuff. Many ideas I mention are things I don't have the time or skill to actually do. |

well ive only recently started playing C2 and i still get dumb norns with a fixed genome so one of the signs of a smart norn is it eats food by itself, when it gets tired enough it sleeps and it learns from its mistakes I'm GarbageSnail on SecondLife and Scum (GROSS)#4691 on Discord! |

Learning from its mistakes is the big one, and this directly relates to eating, sleeping etc. since you can actually teach them that those things are good to do. |

C2 norns are much more dependent on learning than C3/DS norns. The C3/DS IQ test really only tests their instincts, not their intelligence as such. Something to keep in mind... |

I had an idea, based on watching my ettins starve to death - hatching a norn by the ettin egglayer and seeing if they can survive to adulthood wandering around the swamp and volcano. There is fruit and edible bugs there, so a clever norn should learn to eat those and leave the poisonous mushrooms alone. Now, to see if enough norns are smart enough to make it a meaningful test... By the way, I don't care if anyone steals my ideas for their own work, as long as you don't try to stop me from making my own stuff. Many ideas I mention are things I don't have the time or skill to actually do. |

Might wanna be careful with letting them inside the volcano, it's radioactive and bad for them, and there's nothing they can do to prevent it. |
