Hello! And welcome to "Why Are You Mad at Your Norns?'! This is not a game, but you just post stuff about your annoying norns! Well I'll start this up with my story! My EVIL norn said: "Yoko HIT Sofie!" (The name of me and my hand in the game) yeah it wasn't funny and there was nothing I could do about it because she was in a crowd of other norns who were doing what they were told so I couldn't risk slapping them by mistake. Coincidence: NAUGHTY NORNS ALWAYS CHOOSE THE RIGHT TIME TO BE NAUGHTY! Grr.... ~Ratty <3 |

Sometimes I get a bit frustrated with then when I am asking them to do something that will help save their lives and they won't listen. That usually happens in C1 and 2 though. Eventually I have to sigh and let them do what they want to or find some way around it. Usually I find a way around it, but it's difficult when they have OHSS. XD I'm back after 11 years. Holy dooley! |

5 billion grendels clumping up in a crowd in the norn terrarium, even when there are no norns there. And probably talking about how angry they are, and hitting gadgets over and over.. HATE. |

Some norns just walking to the right, and then doing that until 2 lifestages later when they die of hunger/sheer stupidity. Also, moaning about being hungry and then not eating whatever they ask for. Grr |

OHSS makes me very frustrated at my C2 Norns, even though it's not their fault. That's why I just tend use C2 as an observation game, rather than teach them things that they'll only forget an hour later. Another thing that annoys me about C1 and C2, is that you can't conveniently grab hold of your Norns and lead them to where you want them to be, like you can in C3/DS. So when they wander off when you don't want them to, and don't respond to "come hand" (probably because they're suffering from OHSS!  ) it can be very exasperating. I know there's the Pick-Me-Up C2 COB, but I miss the way you don't have inject any agent to do that in C3 and DS.... That all said though, my favourite game is still C2. The graphics and Norns are too pretty to stay mad at it for long!  |

I remember when I used to play CV (I play DS and CE/C3 now) and my norns would get this creepy angry look about them and become violent like they got rabies, lol I would lock em in the ferris wheel  it was so funny and they would just look at me like "Me hate hand" LOL.~Ratty <3 |

I'm mad at my Norns because the babies seem to refuse to push the Holistic Learning Machine, but once they do it they refuse to stop and keep pushing it over and over and over again. They form like a little Holistic Learning Cult.  |

In Creatures 1 : Norns doesn't want to eat when there is a ballon in their direct environment. Even if they are hungry, my norns will continue to play with the ballon, and they will ignore the food ! It makes that I must repeat "Take carrot, take carrot, take carrot" during half an hour ! I must hide all the ballons of the game too... |

@Dinofan137: Oh, so your Norns are obsessed with the bouncy ball too? I usually grab the ball and put it somewhere they can't see it, then tell them 'food'. They look at it, play around with it, take ages to decide whether they want to eat it or not and then finally....eat it. That method usually works except for the really stubborn ones. I'm back after 11 years. Holy dooley! |

Haha I also hate that. XD My norns made me mad because they couldn't decide how they felt about each other. Two little young ones, a male astro and a female siamese that would kiss or hit each other nonstop. Talk about a love/hate relationship. Small bird who lives here sometimes, and wanders other times. Indeed. Those norns are so silly, but that's why we love them. ^^ I also gotta agree with the Learning Machine addiction they have, it can be very annoying. Grab Sgeo's Holistic Learning Machine patch - it makes it so that norns can't use the HLM more than once in their lifetime. I get annoyed when norns don't push the pickups when I want them to. I know there's the pickups powerup, but I just want them to listen to me...  My TCR Norns |
