Hello, dear forum people!
This time I found out something funny:
If you make things emit CAs, you can grow plants where they ususally not grow!
I took 4 rocks and used the CAOS command
at them.
Replace # with
1 for light
2 for heat
3 for water and
4 for nutrients
At the moment I have rank plants and mushrooms growing in C3's built-in Nursery.
When your plants don't grow fine, try to regulate the emitting strengh. I set it to 0.5 in my example, but you can also take a higher or lower value. 1 is the strongest.
Don't forget that each agent can only emit a single thing. Thats why you need 4 rocks (or anything else your creatures don't eat or take away ^^)
EDIT: crrots go fine, too.
hmm, carrots, ranks and mushrooms. That are all plants with only a very few requirements XD

So that means that plants and fungi can grow on the rocks or any other thing so long as they emit light, heat, water and nutrients? Neat! ^_^ I might try it sometime.
I'm back after 11 years. Holy dooley! |

Well, not on the rocks itself, but at the area around them. ^^
That works in DS alone, too.
