Well that makes it even more weird then, cause I've never seen any creature besides this one do that, not even male C3 Grendels where that aggressive (Nor did they instantaniously know where my Norns where).
I've gotten about thousand screwed up and bizzarre abberations from the warp over the years (Including the infamous "Happy Duck" Norns), but never anything like this. |

I recently had two of my C1 Norns on my world with C12DS follow each other in sync for a few seconds. (I've seen it happen before with my creatures but that's usually both picking up and eating food at the same time after they've been told to eat it.)
My Norns: They both moved at exactly the same time with exactly the same motions for just a few seconds, both doing exactly the same as the Norn next to it as they went after some food on the ground. I got such a surprise when the son moved in a different direction at last and revealed there was actually two Norns, not one. I haven't had any Norns copy each other perfectly for that long before!
The father and son always stay together and I thought just how alike they are after seeing that.

so an ettin was in the upperpart of the desert and it wasnt supposed to be there because i thought i turned the ettin layer off, but it was there. i had a volcano machine that erupted every 20 seconds, and she was running to the laft, away from the volcano. she was there for like an hour, but she didnt starve or die or anything. she was a first gen ettin too, i checked her history. any idea why?

maybe she had a good fat reserve, those chubby little ettins.
So I'm playing a docked game with about twelve norns and two ettins, right? I hatched all of my norns in the norn terrarium, but now that they're grown, about half the males have decided to take themselves on a male's retreat to the deepest darkest depths of the grendel jungle. I keep on moving them back to the norn terrarium in the vain hope that they'll breed, but they keep on going back to their male's retreat.

My norn scared the HECK out of me once. It walked up 2 the hand sorta looked at a norn and said "EAT NORN!" I freaked the heck out and ran 2 the norn terrarium. Then. A norn, died. And I was forced 2 give the "Eat norn" norn the DEATH PENALTY unfortunatly.... yeah he beat a norn 2 death and tried 2 eat it. HE SCARED ME! Im sorta glad his atoms r floating in space in the back of the Shee starship... O_O

In my mutant-world, where I crossbreed all kind of mutants and genetic breeds I have, the Norns are behaving somehow odd:
I usually let them start in the Norn Terrarium because there's a plenty of food and toys. When I leave them alone and then come back, there are always some in the DS Norn Meso O.o
The other rooms, such as the Desert or the Jungle, seem uninteresting to them. They always only want to the Meso or stay in the Norn Terrarium...

This is sooo nice! I had a norn (female) who wouldnt eat anything in C1! She went to sleep and a male norn came over with honey and watched her sleep and gave her kisses! so cute! And then he left the honey next to her and she woke up and ate it!!!

I know this isn't all that strange but I got all my Worker Siamese to call me 'Meowmy'.
Lol. And not to mention, all of the babies they have had so far have something strange with them. The first baby girl was born with scrambled looking Grendel legs, the first son was born with no tail, the second daughter was born with a Chi Chi head and the third and fourth daughters both have Chi Chi bodies!
The rest of their body parts are the Worker Siamese they are supposed to be.

That should be only possible if you have spritesets like that installed, e.g. Suliban Norns or Nano Norns, ratkinz.

Sounds like you somehow got "Duck norns" in your game Ratkinz. Can they even move? |

Oh, my Norns have arms and legs, they are just different breeds, even though the parents are both Worker Siamese. I think my male Norn son may not have had a tail because he somehow got an Ettin body or a body of another breed.

The weirdest I've had is two norns dying of boredom. I kid you not, Hoverdock confirmed And the most insulting part is there are loads of toys about! The other tendency my norns have is to clump in the bridge. No matter where I put them, they all come storming to the bridge. Any ideas why? |

I think that norns don't really have the strong drive to play with toys when they're bored... I've noticed that chichis love 'machinery' like the Holistic Learning Machine. When a norn says 'me bored', what do the others suggest?
For the bridge problem, try the Umbilical Fix, which makes the creatures see the umbilical cord as a door, which they are more familiar with.

When a norn is bored the others suggest machinery, which seems...Ettin-y Thanks for the fix. |
