How about a migration test? Have fruit and seed sources that are seasonal and in different metarooms, and also put some walking distance between the seed and fruit sources in each room. |

I'll admit i don't know much about how DS handles seasons... I know they were kind of taken into account in C2, where it would snow in this one spot during winter and the ocean would freeze over, but I've never seen a season indicator for DS? o.o? The migration idea is interesting though, I'm wondering if norns can even migrate like that... would make a good test! Twitt Stuff Insta Arts |

I've seen them do it if they eat all the food in a location, I don't know how hungry they have to get before they start moving. |

You could always try the Biodome for the Migration Test, use the Garden Box to plant several different types of fruit in different areas but make them only grow in certain seasons. |

I forgot to mention! When something is streaming live, you will see a "live" icon on the video player. I leave up the stream videos so those who could not attend can watch them on their own free time, so every time isn't always live. ^^; *gives a hug to grendel_man* sorry for the confusion!! i've tried it with the bio dome- you can only do two seasons in it because of how the platforms are arranged, and it requires messing around with CA links. |

You could always do it this way: make food available in one area for Spring and Autumn, and make food available in another area for Summer and Winter. I'm already trying this out in the biodome at this exact moment. |

You get the option to choose which food grows in which season. Once the season changed the food in one location stops growing and starts in another location. |

Seasonal patches are a function of the garden box. When you first create a patch, in the window that has all the settings, there are buttons that let you toggle on and off each season. |

It's not a functionality of the Biodome - it's a functionality of the Garden Box. When you inject a patch plant, you can chose what season the patch plant spawns food in. Assuming we're talking about the Garden Box here. Edit: Ninja'd. Risen Angel's Creatures Blog |

The only problem I've ever had with the GB is ranbow spew, and that's more of a mac problem I think. |
