Strangeo Forum Fun Facts about yourself   1 | 2 LoverIan      12/14/2009 Title. This is a game, each time you post, you should/can post 1 or more fun facts, about yourself. These can be interesting, strange, ones nobody would suspect, cool, etc. EX: X says: "I love animals" I'll go first! Fun Fact #1: I had my gall bladder removed when I was little, thanks to which, my digestive system is a bit, awkward. Fun Fact #2: I have had a snake around my neck (Ball python) Fun Fact #3: I have OCD beep   Prodigal Sock Ghosthande     12/14/2009 Aww neat, I love ball pythons! Fun Fact #1: My right index finger is a centimeter shorter than my left one--I got the tip caught in a door when I was younger. Fun Fact #2: I used to have a pet house sparrow. Fun Fact #3: I hate everything that has mayonnaise in it except this one Japanese sauce I can't remember the name of.   LoverIan   12/14/2009 The python (one year ago is when it was around my neck), actually kissed (licked me with it's tongue) me! It was so friendly, and, sure, it squeezed, but it was just keeping it's grip, which was light, careful, and kind! Such a docile snake! Ew, that's a bit disturbing! The 2nd is cool! #3, I don't like mayonnaise much, but I really hate mustard! Fun Fact #1: To relate to you, well, one morning, a bird, either a sparrow or finch, actually flew into our house, it was either this, or last summer. It flew all around the house, scaring my mom. Eventually, my mother and I cornered it, my mom had a towel, and using it, she scooped it up, covered it, and carried it outside, and then, we released it. That was one of the strangest events that had ever happened. Fun Fact #2: Bird related again! Well, when I was walking to the library, this Nightingale (maybe, looked too big to be one, more likely a crow or raven), followed me. The bird, saw me whilst perched on the post, and whenever I walked ahead of it, it got onto the post in front of me, and every once in a while, I stopped, and looked at it, I even talked to it, asking what it was doing, and stuff like that. Eventually, it'd gotten to the final post, and I, obsessively, kept checking if it was still following, well, it just sat there, still watching, not wanting to move to the lamp post far ahead of me. Fun Fact #3: Whenever I walk by that location, I'm always checking for animals, especially birds, following me...... beep   ChillStorms   12/14/2009 Fun Fact #1: My right cheek was torn off by a dog when i was Five and i was hospitalized for awhile Fun Fact #2: People say i look and sound high yet i have never touched drugs in my life. Fun Fact #3: I wake up around 5 Am - 7 Am every morning and go to bed at 2:30 Am - 3:30 Am everynight   LoverIan   12/14/2009 Let me guess, you provoked the dog.... #2 & #3, well, #2 is explained by #3, as your small amount of sleep, causes you to seem tired often, and other things, and being tired, makes you seem like you're on drugs. I have a similar sleep schedule. You guys know you can do as many fun facts as you want, right? Fun Fact #1: I'm extremely pale, don't tan, and when I get a sunburn, after it peels, my skin is even more pale than before. beep   ChillStorms   12/14/2009 So we can do like Two fun facts? or Eight? Oh and i have something similair to your skin Fun Fact #1: I am Pale and i have patches of skin that are pure white (No Color) And when the sun is on it for a long time it will bleed also i have a butterfly marking on my back that is the pure white skin. I spell "favorite" the American way in almost all contexts, but when referring to the games I spell it "favourite place icon". And I never even noticed that I did this. Chill Storm, I believe you have a special type of skin, which, the butterfly part, purely a birth mark. Though, you need medical attention! They discussed things like this on a show I saw, it was either The Doctors, or Dr. Oz. Fun Fact #1: Certain soaps can bring back a skin condition I have, that, well, is one that takes a while to explain, and it talks of the pain it causes. beep   Prodigal Sock Ghosthande     12/15/2009 Fun Fact #1: Apparently I react badly to caffeine. Once I took a caffeine pill before going to a job interview. Broke out in a rash and almost threw up on the guy's shews. He was very nice, but he probably thought I was on drugs or something. I guess it's a good thing I don't drink coffee.   ChillStorms   12/15/2009 I am almost a adult now i have had it all my life i don't think i need medical attention. xD I will Explain it in a fun fact Fun Fact #1: My Grandfather on my mom's side is Albino (my mom has no Albino in her i think it skipped a generation <.< Fun Fact #2: I drop my ps3 controller a lot. xD Fun Fact #3: I sit like L from the Anime Death Note (I have been sitting like it before the anime basically i have been sitting like it my entire life) Fun Fact #4: I am very bored right now. Fun Fact #5: My 2nd period teacher Complains i need to get a job and drops my grade every 9 weeks if i don't have one like this 90 after the first nine weeks 70 now its about to hit second nine weeks and she is gonna drop it to 60 <.<   LoverIan   12/15/2009 Wow, by the way, I don't think that is normal for albinos. pink eyes, white hair, and extremely pale skin, is normal for albinos. Bleeding after being in the sun, is a special condition, which, the boy whom had been shown on the tv show, his skin swelled up, meaning, like an allergic reaction to where someone's throat swells up inside, the boy's body swelled up, his body in extreme pain, similar to your condition. Fun Fact #1: When I sit, I cross my legs, or put one over the other, not really crossing I guess. People try to copy, and almost all the time, they find it impossible. (I've been doing this since kindergarden, but everyone forgot how to do it I guess....). beep   Epaeris   12/16/2009 Fun Fact #1 I am colour-blind. Which sometimes causes issues. A really annoying thing is when people repetively ask what different colours are. Fun Fact #2 I wear glasses. I always wonder if there's some link between these two. Whenever I went to the grocery store, little old ladies would glare at me hatefully for no apparent reason. When I went to the airport shortly after my birthday the security personnel even took me aside and searched me and looked through all my stuff. #2: People virtually never give me problems anymore. Well, the good side, is that everything are different shades of grey, nothing is black or white, nothing good or bad, just grey, neutral! Though, I bet you can still tell the difference between colors, by the shade of grey! Laura, I think we'd all want to cause a scene if we had metal! My dad has some in his spine, I can't remember if it does the same thing.... Ghosthande, strange, did you look like a suspicious person, did you wear a trenchcoat, did you look like a shrink?! Fun Fact #1: I have two friends who have this spine problem that makes their spine bend sideways (in a weird way), IRL. Fun Fact #2: One of those friends, shares a birthday with me, and well, we also, had the same disorder... beep   Prodigal Sock Ghosthande     12/17/2009 No, except for being a few years younger I was exactly the same then as I am now. Same style clothes, same hairstyle, same general attitude. #1: I like General Grievous. A lot. I have a little action figure who sits on my desk and glares at me while I type. It makes work much funner. #2: Boba Fett wears green armor. JANGO Fett wears blue. I learned this while I was a volunteer teacher of a first grade class.   christine   12/17/2009 nornloverian, i don't think that's quite how color blindness works. most color blind people are just insensitive to contrast differences between different colors in a certain part of the spectrum, like red-green. the wiki article is very enlightening! fun fact #1: both my ears and my septum (middle part of nose between the nostrils) are pierced and stretched, my septum to a 6g (4mm) and my ears to 1/2" (13mm). fun fact #2: i have a super duper awesome heart defect called svt. fun fact #3: i love bluegrass! I love general grievous, best evil star wars villain I've seen! He's not only a cyborg, but he's part insect! His entire life was a tragic story! Christine, I'll look it up! By the way, lotte, if I can remember, doesn't that word mean river or something in another language? Or is it otter, or was it lake? I can't specifically remember which it was, but I remember translating words to other languages to make a name for a character. Fun Fact #1: I love Lisa Loeb! She is great! beep   EmergencyTowel   12/18/2009 Fact 1: I get completley paranoid when I have too much caffine,not just jittery,I'm talking conspiracy theorist "Was that a zombie I saw out of the corner of my eye!?" paranoid. Although I can have normal amounts just fine. Fact 2:I look very shady when I actually leave my nerd cave and tend to avoid showing my face without even trying. For somone reason I always just focus on my feet when I walk. In my nerd cave, nobody can hear you scream.
