Strange things you happened to chance upon in any game.
Mine: Kimbulplants can also grow underwater.
Bacteria have no agent help and aren't classed, so when you click on them with the help hand, it doesn't make a speech bubble.

Something I never expected, if overcrowded Ettins will very quickly begin to kill each other. I discovered this recently during a feral run and honestly, I was so disturbed I had to end it |

That happened to me also, with the poodle ettins.

I have an even stranger story, but I think I already told once here on CC.com
I kept 2 Siamese Norns. a male adult one and a second male adult one which was an export-and-copy-the-file clone of the first one. Later they moved together with a male Banshee grendel. I kept them peaceful with loads of food. They ate so much that they could not hit each other.
But each time I put an ettin to them, they stopped eating and attacked it, till it died.
(don't wonder about all the males, the world was agent testing area)
Do you think that they are rassistic? O.o

You mean racist? I don't know, that is pretty weird. Normally I have the opposite issue--an Ettin wanders into a room with a couple of Norns (think 2-3), announces he feels "crowded", then proceeds to chase them all down and beat them to death.
Perhaps the Norns were acting out of revenge and the Grendel just wanted in on the fun?

I don't know why they did that do. The grendel... ok, it was a Banshee. Banshees are permanent angry, but the Siamese? It were normal standart Siamese with the original CL genome and no edited ones. They had no drives which an average CL-not-hardman-norn pleases with killing...

Beats me. Some Norns are just violent. I actually had to exile one of my Norns from the group the other day because she'd decided that the answer to all her life's problems (including tiredness, hunger, etc.) was to "hit Norn". I didn't teach her to do it, and there wasn't anything in the environment to encourage her to behave that way, but she killed two of the others before I'd even realized what was happening. She lived out the rest of her life in loneliness because I couldn't trust her not to kill anybody else.

Yeah, except for occasionally complaining that they're angry, mine never seem very violent. I tend to worry more about them than my Norns. I used to have some Banshees on my old computer that were angry all the time, but all the ones I've hatched lately are perfect sweethearts. At least as much as Grendels can be.

I've tamed one of my Banshee Grendels named Gregory. You can download him from the Adoption |

All of these are weird and funny.
I just installed (Or downloaded) docking station on a new computer, and I've played it before, strangely my norns haven't died yet and I've been playing for a while, I also need a way to kill them, since they keep breeding. It's like their doing the whole breeding thing to annoy me!

You can kill them with CAOS console. Ctrl + Shift + C
Here are a few commands:
kill hots
lets the creature, the hand points at, vanish
targ norn dead
lets the marked creature die
targ norn dead kill targ
like above, but the dead corpse directly vanishes
enum 4 0 0 kill targ next
lets all creatures vanish
enum 4 0 0 doif dead = 1 kill targ endi next
like above, but affects only the ones which are already dead |
These codes can be combinated in various ways, just be careful. Dead creatures can be only with a very few agents brought back. Absolute impossible is it when you used kill and not dead.

That's a bit tricky in DS. You couild download Terra v.4 or Terra Reborn here in the Metaroom section of CreaturesCaves. They have both a closed water tank where your norns can drown.

Yah, but remember, I'm having trouble getting new metarooms to work, though good news, I have finnally got new breeds
EDIT: Akward announcement, a norn, that is a chichi, has arms of magma norn, tail and body of siamese, and the rest is chichi. Irony is that it was born from an egg after a mating period, before the breeds were uploaded.
Also ironically, it was pregnant before it ever became an adult.

Nothing you have to worry about. The CL breeds and also the most 3-party ones are able to breed with reaching the stage "youth".

SO, it's like this:
1. Mutation during transition from adolescent to adult?
2. So:
A: Teen pregnancy is possible in this game
B: Child pregnancy is even possible?!

no. Its normal. and there cannot be child pregnancy unless it was made to be like that.

The engine prevents pregnancys in norns younger than adolescent and the most genetics prevent pregnancys before youth.
And a new discovery: when you use the Mini-Copier on a Chili Pepper Pot from the Hardman Norn Pack, will the copied plant have it's flowers not on the plant, but behind the norn status thingie at the to left screen corner O.o

Isn't the whole going to 0 0 thing also present with the meerks, discussed in another topic? Sorry, not trying to go OT, just trying to put two and two together.

I just found out that when you type into a speech bubble before you say it, open caos an type "targ hots tint 0 0 0 0 0" when you try to type something in, it brings up a large cyan and white rectangle. This is in DS, dunno about C3.

It's because they try to hit it and it pulls nasty faces at them. I'd be scared, too, if a tree looked at me that way.

^ That. My Hardmans aren't fond of the tree either.
You have to be honest with yourself when you are writing. If that leads to somewhere unexpected then perhaps you really needed to go there.

No, my Grendels are even afraid of it when I take such peaceful idiots like Vampyre Grendels and TELL them to "push"...
I found another thing, but this time here on CreaturesCaves. Look exactly at my post...
