@Doringo, those where present in earlier builds of C2toDS, as was the "proper" entrance of the temple which is the bird statue in the desert. These features are unavailable in later builds, probably due to being reworked. | |||

I've been aware of this secret for quite a while, The room serves no purpose but darn it looks nice, It's entrance is hidden but findable. Edit: I also noticed some agents are missing from your image. The two torches are mean't to have these insanely detailed flames, and there's supposed to be a bonsai-like tree growing in a small pot in the centre. | |||
