 | Sometimes they just stare at each other like this for minutes at a time. |

I silenced the boredom decreases for approaching objects. They are now finding other ways to amuse themselves.

For a bug, that is one of the most adorable ones I've ever had the chance to encounter.

It might just be a gizmo quirk, but this gets really annoying when "approach creature" becomes their default way of reducing boredom. My test population refuses to play with toys.

Oh, man. I had a couple of Norns doing this yesterday and I thought it was really sweet. I had no idea it was a bug LOL

It's a bug apparently. I got norns who did this forever.

@ Arnout- Yep. Gizmo norns have more stable drives than standard norns (they don't get hungry or tired as fast as vanilla norns), and like most creatures they don't feel compelled to move when their drives are satisfied. So if you leave two Gizmos in a comfortable place with plenty of food, they end up spending a lot of time siting (or in this case, standing) still and watching eachother with their drives completely zeroed out.
This will stop once another norn is added to the mix, since they'll start feeling crowded.

Isn't that caused by a reduction of boredom in the 'I am approaching' and 'A creature approaches me' stimuli in most creatures' genetics?
Either way, I am deeply sorry for disturbing the romantic atmosphere.
