Butterquin? Harlefly...? Screenshots Nutter | 7/6/2013 | 1 | I know beauty is in the eye of the holder, but... just no. |

At least he doesn't have a C1 body and a C3/DS head.

Nice!

I think he's a cutie...

Yes, I can see why - combination of green + yellow hair, I think. (I'm tempted to rename him "Grendel Plushie" now!)
There are been some lovely crossbreeds though - will have to post some of them up.

In a small resolution I thought that was a grendel plushie.

I'd like to see the wings as a separate body part. Still wouldn't work with this particular combination, but it would open things up.
DarbyDoo, I think a problem related to that one is sexual dimorphism. Males and females are often so radically different, you can get a crossbreed that looks good with males but not females and vice versa. Plus it makes it really hard to find good pigment combinations for them (as Jessica was finding out.)

Aww, he looks cute!

That's one of the things I'm not overly fond of in C3/DS. All the Norns seem... Overly specialized. In C1, they were all different enough but still natural looking, so crossbreeds weren't so difficult to look at.

Well, ordinary butterflies are pretty garish... I think it's more the cartoony aspect I don't like. I like norns to look vaguely like norns, y'know?

I don't like harlequins that much anyways...
