Draco, believe it or not I can make the norn itself in a day if I push myself hard & don't have other tasks (depending on the details like hair, etc). The costume can take longer depending on detail. Treehugger & Bondi took longer as I put extra effort into everything. All up the pair took a week and a bit.
I wonder, perhaps I should scan in the newer version of the pattern? Still, you'll have to draw up your own costumes
