Good news: I found the stupid paper I wrote it on. Bad news: Scanner's still brokeded.  Anyway, here's my first fanfic, Mutt. Chapter 1: Nali crowched nervously in her nest, looking around every few seconds, and occasionally checking on her one-egg clutch. Her ancestors stretched over a thousand generations on the Creatures timeline. They addapted to poisons, water, radioactivity, and temperature. They had learnt to kill grendels, fight deadly toxins that would normally kill a norn in seconds, and most of all, survive. Her race addapted to harsh living conditions that hands often stuck them in by being able to fast age. To live your life, have an immense family, and survive until a hand decides you're worthless enough to kill, Die a painful death for nothing. What was the name of this species? Mutts. Finally, part 2! Chapter 2: The crossbred queen stared sadly and the lavender-spotted egg squirming about in the makeshift nest in the corner of the workshop. She had escaped from a world most unpleasant, where their former master kept a large collection of torture devices and kept a large colony of grendels, who were responible for her mate's demise.
