Well, the garbage dump is one of my favorite metarooms. You can get that at the Corona website. I also like norngarden 1 and 2, but 2 has the whole money thing going on, so it might be a hassle... Really good room, though.
I'll see about getting to you about agents later. I have a few personal favorites. |

For metarooms, I generally like the C12DS metaroom. It's enormus, and has a wide variety of food.
For breeds, I rather like the draconian norns, aqua norns, and carnivore norns. You can get the draconian and aquanorns by links on creatures wiki. A link to the carnivore (or carnivorous) norns can be found on Mummy's Creatures.
I also like Fallout norns, although they can be risky to breed in the case that the child is more likely to be stillborn (they can be found on the same site as the carnivore norns).
As for agents, the egg hatcher is good if you have a high population, or if you want to make breeds, the eggerator is great. Or maybe you could just get the devthing. The devthing is in fact my favorite add on.

And now you can tack on Terra Pluvialis too. It is total awesomeness. I particularly love the crocodile-like fish things in its pond.

Perhapes, if you install any grendel breeds, you could get the hardman norns. However, if you don't want to spend money, you could just ask me for my vicious norn breed.
Also, for metarooms, try the norn nursury.

You can use the hardman genome without the sprites, y'know. It's legal. Kind of unavoidable, what with the warp, too. |

Didn't CL, or A2K post them at one point? I could probably get them for you, if you want. |

Fallow norns are norns with antlers sold by CL.
Fallout norns are norns with a high mutation rate.
Did I speel Fallout rong?

No, I thought that you thought that Fallow was spelled Fallout.
Also, it's spell.

I spelled it that way on purpose.
Anyway, can the cupid's lyre work in DS? Although I don't really recommend it because after a few strumings my norns in C3 become infertail.
