How do you make egg sprites for C2? I don't know how the whole thing works, and I'm having a hard time trying to find a tutorial. So if someone could give me a tutorial or at least point me in the direction of one, I'd take it from there. I'd really appreciate any help and/or links.  |

Hmm.. Well, really, it can be easy as telling in person. I don't know of many tutorials, but a good place to start would be to use the SpriteBuilder to extract the egg sprites - Have you done that yet? After that, it takes simple tinkering at first. Use a good program, such as Adobe PhotoShop, and first do things like mess around with the color of the egg - From there, you can use different methods, such as using images to layer over the egg with a certain transperancy - Or even recoloring the egg with a slightly transparent brush. I myself like to redo my egg sprites with a 3D rendering program, though. It is much easier, and allows a limitless result. Once you're done with the design, import it back into the eggsprite file, and see how it works. Remember - Anything black will turn invisible in the game, so make sure nothing outside the egg is not black - And the egg should never be a "true" black.
