wow, how awesome is being able to download agents? that is totally the best idea! it's incredible after so long alone!
just one question that will make me look like the BIGGEST fool ever.....
how do you inject them into world? i put them in My Agents file, that seems to make sense.... but how do i make them appear ingame?
aplologies if i seem like the largest n00b in history.

It is actually pretty awesome. Especially when you think of something you want to see in-game enough to figure out how to make it!
To make it show up... go to the Comms Room, click on the Agent Injector button (third form bottom on the left) All your agents will show up in the list in the cent . Click on the agent you want to inject, then click on the green check.

hey thanks, you guys are literally the best.
that is for DS, does that mean you need ds to get agents, or that getting them in c3 is tricky, or that it's really obvious and i missed it?

Yeah, that is for DS, sorry 'bout that. Its only a little trickier in C3. The files still go into the My Agents folder. Then you have to make your way to the creator machine. Its in the Engineering section of the ship (to the far right of the bridge). As long as you have enough bioenergy, you just need to use the creator machine . The agents just pop our of the left side of it.
