Hello there! I'm fairly new, I started playing after 4 years- Well technically I haven't played yet, since my pc's acting up. This is my mac and i'm hoping to get exodus very soon. Anyone know what downloads to steer clear of? Oh, and i'm a bit of a softie for my norns, anyone know where to get immortal breeds and death-disabling cobs? Thank you. I'm so glad that the community's still going strong. <3 |

Hi Elenore!  Welcome to Creatures Caves.  With using addons on a Mac, some work, some don't, and some have graphical glitches that are slightly annoying yet don't ultimately matter. (I call one of them "Rainbow Spew" - you'll know it when you see it  )At the Creatures Wiki, a Creatures encyclopaedia built by fans, there is a project to document Macintosh Compatibility, but not all of the agents (C3/DS COBs) on the wiki have been tested on a Mac yet. There is also a page on the Mac Creatures Engine, some patches for the changes in the engine are linked to from there. The High Tech Hand has several agents that are all about helping your norns cheat death. I like the Miracle Healer myself. Not all of these agents have been tested on a Mac, but some have been, and they've been fine, so hopefully they'll all be fine. Hope this has helped. My TCR Norns |

I'm unsure if Jennie's work is just for Windows, so it might not have been usable, even if it was still publicly available. As far as immortal breeds go, there's Hardman Haven's Mascot Norns and that's about it, but Nani is an adorable little individual that you will love. Other immortal individuals can be adopted from that site by clicking on the "immortal" tag in Nani's description.My TCR Norns |
