I've been all over the place in search for C3/DS Mernorns. Unfortunately, I've had no luck.

But there are many other amphibious Norn races you can download:

Aqua Norns are like Fish Norns. You can download them here.

Amphibious Draconians are like regular Draconian Norns, only they can breath underwater. You can download them here.

Trident Norns can be very angry Norns, but are aquatic (download aquatic ones by clicking the female picture). They can be downloaded in the same place as the Amphibious Draconians.

Mermaid Norns are probably just what you're looking for.

Gargoyle Norns can breathe underwater, too. Plus they look really cool.

Now, there is an agent that will allow ALL of the above to swim. The Improved Swimmeragent is available here, on Creatures Caves.
