I'm also going to make new Daleks that can follow and shoot. Shouldn't be to hard.
Hmmm... Maybe I should first overhaul the Creatures 3 engine so it can hold more than 255 species of a genus and have less clashy maps? Should be possible... |

Following and shooting shouldn't be very hard easy, yes.
Time traveling? Forward only sorts of and backwards a big no.
Your last question I don't understand.
EDIT: I mean following and shooting is easy, not hard XD

Time traveling is the easiest thing to make for DS. Just make the TARDIS teleport back to the C12DS metaroom.
Other than that theTARDIS would just be a police box-shaped door to a new Metaroom that looks like the inside of the TARDIS.
As for editing the engine, good luck with that.

Well, I really meant just the INSIDE of the TARDIS. Maybe with a screen allowing you to see and fly the box. And a teleporter to change the box's map pos. And a few planets. And a library (with a swimming pool)
C12DS support sounds fun, though. |

Yeah, flying around would be easy enough, you can have a look at how the camera's work in the Comm room or whatever it's called in DS.
