We know that crossbreeds between norns and grendels and ettins are named norgrens and grettins and etc., but what if instead of combining their names together (ex. norn + grendel = norgren), We rename the crossbreeds to something else from mythology as if it's an entirely new genus from the creatures games? (ex. norgrens = wyverns, grettin = Titans, etc.). To clarify, I'm not asking everyone to change the names of the hybrids on the creatures wiki and stuff to the most popular rename on this topic, I am perfectly fine with the hybrid's names as they are because it does not overcomplicate things, I'm just curious on how a fanbase much older than me would "draft" alternate names for said hybrids. Treat this as a riddle, not politics. and please do not harass anyone online if you disagree with them unless you want to embarass yourself in front of everyone on this forum and get banned. (by the mods, not me.) |

Grettins are now Shrek. Big, green humanoid that lives in the swamp. Okay, I'll give it another try. In mythology, ettins are two-headed giants. Grendel, on the other hand, is the troll that the eponymous Beowulf fights in his piece of origin. Giant troll... What about Trym? He is a giant, and he "trolled" Thor by stealing his hammer. I'm sure it'll make a great addition to the pile in the desert terrarium. Grettins are now called Tryms. Lets play plants! Photosynthesis... Photosynthesis... Photosynthesis... |
