How fast can a creature repeatedly perform the same action? (push-push-push-push a vendor, for example.) Is there a script that controls this in the bootstrap?

No script I know of, I'm pretty sure that stuff (how quick they can do actions) is in the state rules and update processing of their brains. Potentially every tick, since their brains are processed every tick... I've seen them get a LOT of disappointment stims in a VERY short time before (<1s) from trying things on objects that are impossible (had to be 20 or so copies of that stim, like enough to push their boredom way up above half...) As for object activations, the activations of the scripts would probably be limited by however long it takes for each script to run, especially if they block with an inst or wait command.
