I have a handy folder of all of the bruin norn sprites that I have in case I ever wanted to poke around at them. I don't think I'd be making any breeds any time soon (the effort required is pretty crazy) but it seems like a really useful thing to have around just in case.
I just wondered does anyone have the default ettin and grendel sprites handily decompiled and foldered?

Can you run SpriteBuilder? If so, perhaps this tutorial might be useful?

I'm kind of digging up an old thread of mine but in reply to this, I have sprite builder, but I work between a mac and a pc, so the main program I do my art on is not the one with sprite builder.
Since I don't actually understand the layout and conventions of breed sprites, manually plucking out specific ones remains beyond me.
A long time ago someone gave me the entire of the male bruin sprites all converted to bmp to play with, and that was super useful because it means that all the files are named appropriately (save for say, breed slot and gender classification) so I can work on my main art computer and save a LOT of time
I'm 100% certain that people working on breeds must be starting with converted bases from somewhere! I'd seriously love to have something like that without having to pick apart breed folders and probably getting too intimidated to do it.
