The Warp Zone: Happy Halloween! The Winter Contest begins! As said before, instead of allowing for requests of games for me to rate like last year, because it’s our third year, and as a thank you for reading the blog, following it, ignoring it, or whatever you did before you heard about our contest. You do not need to like, subscribe, or follow this blog in any way to win.
Da Rules: The rules are to send me a private message here on tumblr with your greatest gaming moment. It can be from any system, any game. Just name the game, the system it is for, and explain in detail what happened. The juicier the story the better.
I am going to share one now: I was playing Rift back in 1.7 when they added Marriage, and I saw in the defiant city one night, two women characters, dressed down to having no armor, dance in front of another player sitting there. One girl was Kalari, one was Eth.
It does not need to be a story like that. It could be what happened to your party when fighting the toughest boss in the game, a blooper story, a funny glitch that made you laugh.
One more rule: To shift everyone to a prize they would enjoy, you may list your first choice, and second choice for a prize. You don’t have to. It just sorts you into something you may enjoy, and if you don’t win, shifts you into another.
Now the recap of the prizes, and the reveal of those mystery prizes mentioned during the announcement of the contest.
The prizes are all USA keys, and they are:
A Guild Wars Legacy Pack: Guild Wars 1 Platinum, and Guild Wars 2. Everything you need to get everything out of the 2 games. The bonus prize is : Knights and Merchants Steam Key, and Mount and Blade: Fire and Sword steam key.
A Steam Key 3 pack: Injustice Gods Among Us: Ultimate Edition Steam Key, and Mortal Kombat Komplete Edition Steam Key. The bonus game is: Electronic Super Joy Groove City Steam Key.
The Final Prize is: a Tera Online ( or Tera Rising ) Founder Key strait from the game box. This prize pack is the only in which the bonus prize is something related to the main prize. The Bonus Prize is: A Collector’s Edition Upgrade. I bought the collector’s edition of Tera at Lunch so I can confirm the following items in game: Velik’s Bloodstone Necklace, Shakan’s Bloodstone Necklace, Founder Tempest mount, Founder Title, Unlock 7 characters slots as a new player, and the Coveted Regal Frostlion Mount. You don’t see them often. It is a white fur version similar to the Jeweled Lion available in the ingame shop. According to Amazon.com where I bought it, it also unlocks a White Stallion mount as well. I cannot confirm this as I bought my game directly from enmasse digitally. According to what Atari website said at the time, the version from them does include another mount. If it was a digital version that included it, or the physical like this one, I have no idea.
