So,I'm working on the poke.gen genome, and it only has instincts for eating fruit, when the original genome eats food, fruit, and seed, but I looked at the classification system page on the wiki, and if the original genome follows the gene numbers, then it would eat doors, flowers, and detritus.Any clarification on it would be much appreciated, because the genome is the only way I am capable of contributing to Pokemon World in any way,and what kind of developer can't even do anything for their own project? |

Which genetics editing tool are you using? The number IDs used in the genome and the classifier numbers are slightly different - Ghosthande keeps a list of the genome-applicable numbers at Breeders Beware.

The important thing to remember when changing the instincts for eating items is that you also have to change the stimuli for eating those items - and make sure there are agents of that class that are edible.

I know all that,it's just the classifiers that I'm confused about. |

Try the Noun ID numbers I linked at Ghosthande's site.

Did the list help you? As far as I know, all of the default genomes have the correct classifier numbers in place for the stimuli and the instincts.
