Piccolo and Goku are absolutely hilarious! (Although I assume it is male, like most people assume.) Something's telling me that I watch Dragonball Abridged in the hope I can see Piccolo. And I have set him as my desktop. And my Windows 8 Start Screen. And I have named a Creatures 3 Norn after him. Either way, there seems to be no dimorphism, that is, visible or anatomical difference between sexes, and they also seem to be able to fertilize themselves when the need arises (like some plants and animals on Earth can) Though it does look like egg-laying is generally something that only their elders and leaders do, so you could think of a relatively young Namekian like Nail or Piccolo Jr. as male, since they probably won't be laying (or in their case, spitting up) any eggs any time soon (maybe they aren't capable of making eggs until they reach a certain age... and they can live hundreds or possibly even thousands of years). A lot of fan art of Piccolo on DeviantART also pictures him as male. If you ask me, I am both-sided on these views, though I usually see him as male. Ha ha ha!
