Well, I am helping Laura a bit with her snowman. Right now I am not able to get the pieces to attach to each, though.
They are supposed to be stuck to each other when dropped near enough a snowball. Here's the code:*snowball drop script
scrp 2 21 14867 5
* target a random friendo
ttar 2 21 14867
* check if there IS a friendo...
doif targ <> null
inst
* remember our friendo and his position

What's wrong with it? The drop scripts for the other objects are pretty much the same.

Now that I think about it... Could it be that I did the subtracting wrong? It is a while ago that I did that stuff.
A NEGV or two might solve it, doesn't it?
EDIT: NEGV did the trick.

Sorry for the double post, but we've got a new issue. Everything finally attaches now as it is supposed to, we also fixed some other minor bugs, but there is something else now:
When you pick up a snowball, it is, while you hold it, dragged to the same drawing plane as the hand itself. The objects attached to it remain on their previous plane, rendering them temporarily invisible (heh, rendering... graphics problems... no pun intended )
Is there any chance to make the objects visible without restructuring everything to a compound agent instead and without dragging them on hand plane + 1, which I already tried out in the past and is kinda dangerous, as it can make objects inaccessible from HOTS?
