Are there any bugs or critters out there that attempt to pollinate plants, not flowers?

The garden box butterflies feed from plants, fruit and weeds as well as flowers, if that's what your looking for |

There are a decent number of bugs that pollinate flowers... butterflies and balloon bugs among them. I'm not aware of any that try to pollinate the plant, though... seems like an exercise in futility since most plants can't be pollinated.

Because the critter or bug would be using mesg writ 303, it'd be relatively easy to code the critter/bug in such a way that the command would silently fail, not impacting negatively on the non-pollinatable plant/flower or the critter/bug?

Because you'd have a critter or bug going around pollinating things and 99% of them can't be pollinated. Unless it's immortal or targets a particular species, it would just be wasting its little lifespan.
Is there already a plant agent that needs to be pollinated by insects?

What about if the pollination is opportunistic, rather than as a result of a hunting behaviour?
I'm toying with the idea of adding in a 303 script to a plant agent, and I was curious as to whether there were any critters out there that would use that.
