General Forum Kabuto Norns?    Malkin    Manager     7/1/2013 I noticed in one of the screenshots that there is a Kabuto Norn breed available... aside from being a Pokemon, it is in fact the name of the helmet used by samurai. So what do we think these helmeted norns will look like? What kinds of characteristics could they have? My TCR Norns   Peppery One Papriko   7/2/2013 Maybe not literally helmets. Perhaps you have to see it more generic. What do the two meanings of Kabuto have in common? Armor. The Pokemon has a thick protecting shell hard as rock and the samurai helmet is basically armor for the head too. So I guess we have it to do with Norns which have big defensive capabilities. Perhaps the CO Hardman equivalent? Lets play plants! Photosynthesis... Photosynthesis... Discover Albia   Malkin Manager     7/2/2013 Yep - that was the screenshot - just a chocolate brown bubble with yellow markings and the words 'Kabuto Norn'. While the Wildling Norn button (and Froggy Norn button and Lab Norn button) includes their eyes, the Kabuto Norn button doesn't seem to... which doesn't mean anything, because the Mystic Norn button (those 2 Ss) doesn't have eyes either. My TCR Norns   Spykkie   7/2/2013 That's interesting... As far as i can tell, it's mostly just a fur pattern, but who knows! maybe the kabuto norns have some type of armor/rock like scales?
