Some of you will have noticed that norns will preferentially go to the Docking Station heatpan rather than the C3 Norn Meso when they're feeling homesick. The cause of that is in Creatures 3's "Home smell emitters.cos" and Docking Station's "heatpan incubator.cos". As you can see, there are 2 home smell emitters in C3 for norns, one by the nursery and one in the tree house: (the others are for Grendels - 16 - and Ettins - 17 - respectively).

As you will see in Docking Station, the home smell emitters give off 10 times as much home smell as the C3 ones do, and there are three of them, compared to the two in Creatures 3.
