He lightly pats his daughter on the back "You can open your eyes now!" The Grendelchi has set up a rather extravagant party for Tiana! A "pin the tail on the Nornchi" board has been nailed onto a dead tree, and darts for it are contained in a box next to it. Many of the trees have been carved to resemble different Creatchis, including Tiana and her family. Several tattered blankets and large leaves are laid on the ground floor of the jungle clearing for seating. There are many small boxes spread out around the area - their presence is left unexplained. A bunch of poorly wrapped home-made presents are hidden underneath a rusty broken metal table. Directly in the middle of the clearing is the "cake" The "cake" can hardly be referred to as such. One could only tell it was supposed to be a cake to begin with because "cake" is written directly on the side of the bowl in marker! It's really more like a stew! The "cake" was made with only the best ingredients Gormez could find: mushrooms, swamp water (cold, not boiled), leaves, sticks, dirt, fruit, bugs, a mudskipper, and cookies. Gormez quietly wishes that more creatchis will arrive soon. He has sent out many invitations, and had dropped even more while delivering them! It's not a party without guests, after all . . . ((This is partially an experiment to see if using forum threads for Creatchi related RP would work, such as for large events like this. Everyone is free to join! If you don't have a Creatchi, make one up! If your Creatchi died, but you want to play as him/her, well . . . let's say that there are rumors of a certain haunted area of the jungle  )) |

Biyluff arrives just a tad after Gormez had introduced the party to his daughter. She always liked being a bit early for events such as these..but the poor Ettinchi kept tripping on vines and such. The Creatchi eyes gazed around at the decoration and such before spotting the Grendelchi father. She gave an overenthusiastic wave before running over to them..it was a miracle that for once...for once she didn't trip! It was sign! The blue Creatchi suddenly went into a fit of giggles, extremely excited and rambling about how this was going to be the BEST, I repeat THE BEST party ever! Tina was so lucky to have such a loving father! |

Michelle arrives, carrying a large round coffee-flavored cake decorated with strawberries and limes. Spying the bowl, she says, "Oh sorry, I didn't know you already had a, uhh, cake... what should I do with this one?" Suddenly, everyone's attention is drawn to a rock, which starts to rumble, and glows yellow for a moment, before stopping abruptly. |

In an effort to help liven up the atmosphere even more, Emerald finds a pair of bongo drums and starts playing away! Who knew she was so talented? Unfortunately after playing for a while her hands feel sore, so she decides to go and find a special present she and Gormez made for Tiana. Emerald soon returns clutching a large, heavy, dome-shaped object. Tiana is eager to find out what her gift is, but she'll have to wait until more guests arrive! |

Determined to get Gormez's attention, Sprig proceeds to stack frogs on his back spike thingies. Unfortunately, she can only stack the frogs about three high before they tumble over. Trell "Holy crap in a casket!" |

Gormez waves at all of the incoming guests, happy to see that his efforts were not gone to waste! He was immediately distracted from Sprig with Michelle's cake, which seemed a lot more tantalizing than his own "cake"! "Oh no, that's great! Here, we should put your cake next to the other one. We could dish them out both when the time comes!" Gormez heard a quiet rumble, and just barely saw a glowing rock out of his peripheral vision. He shrugs at nobody in particular - he must be just seeing things . . . and hungry! The Grendelchi could hardly feel the frogs on his back through his tough scales, but their croaking and ribbiting got his attention. His body turned to be facing directly at the little purple norn behind him. "Yes?" |

Sprig jumps up and down with excitement. "Urg flib, grah. Me oog!" She gives him one of the leaves he dropped and giggles with manic glee. She's at a Grendel party!  Trell "Holy crap in a casket!" |

Netta is surprised to receive an invitation to this party. What's a party? She has to know! She leaves the desert terrarium where she's been pretty bored anyway. Wandering her way into the jungle terrarium, she sees the large gathering of creatchi. This must be it! Netta walks up to everyone, suddenly feeling embarrassed and awkward. Everyone seems to have brought a gift. Is this a rule of parties? She backs away, leaving the room, and tries to find something she could give to Tiana! She dashes into the Norn terrarium, grabbing an apple, and runs back to join the others. Netta shyly approaches Tiana, and hands her the apple. "U-um...here is..this!" "Gormez!" Biyluff gasps, walking over towards the Grendel before picking twigs and such out of his hair. After messing with the other's hair for a moment. She gave a big grin. Comb-over...The most dorkiest hair style ever for a Grendel...Biyluff didn't know anything about fashion in the least though! Just as long as those twigs were out of the way. The blue ettinchi then spots another of her kind. The same blue coat and everything! Just a tad younger. The creatchi waves a hello to Netta, not having seen her before. |

Upon realizing she may not have that much longer to live, Emerald gives her daughter, Tiana, her present: a hand-made jukebox. Tiana presses the play button, and it begins to play Twinkle Twinkle Little Star. Tiana is overjoyed, and hugs her mother, and is suddenly joined by her father, Gormez. A tear rolls down Emerald's face. She will cherish this beautiful moment forever!  |
