The CAOS tool has just quit injecting scripts for me...I've rebooted and restarted everything, started a new world, tried it with autokill on and off, and tried multiple known working scripts that it has injected happily before. I don't get an error message or anything; it just doesn't happen. Any suggestions from you CAOS veterans?
[Update] Argh. Okay, I just found all the stuff I injected, piled up in the norn terrarium (my usual alternate injection location), as though I'm not running a docked world (but I am). Once before it started injecting to the C3 creator instead of into the Comms room -- I never did figure out what caused that or how I fixed it. Still interested in any input!

I doubt this'll be very helpful, but you could use the CMRP command to move the main camera to the location the object was injected. Might help in debugging future lost agents that aren't dropping where they should.
As for your current problem, what command bit are you using to determine placement and to differentiate between C3, DS, and docked? |

This is the code I've been using, Moe (blatantly stolen from someone...I think probably Amaikokonut):
* get creator coordinates
setv va30 game "CreatorX"
setv va31 game "CreatorY"
* See if it exists; if not, inject to the norn terrarium (above the learning room)
doif va30 eq 0 and va31 eq 0
setv va30 1000
setv va31 400
endi
doif tmvt va30 va31 eq 1
mvto va30 va31
else
mvsf va30 va31
endi
