From the scattered sources here and here, it seems that Chris Double's chemical half life table for C1 does not approximate the C3/DS half life well.
Could some kind soul who owns the C3/DS genetics kit please look up the real-time values for the numbers:
79
73
68
64
52
47
Thank you!

Okay, I am not using Genetic Kit, but the third-party program Genetic Lab (from Creatures Unlimited). According to that we have:
47 - 47 (really, 47, and not Unknownase. Still doesn't seem to be used)
52 - Unknownase
64 - Unknownase
68 - Belladonna
73 - Histamine A
79 - Carbonmonoxide

Ah, I mustn't have been clear.
Say I have a chemical in my half life gene with a half life of 79, what is the real world time associated with a half life of 79 in the genetics kit? In C1, it'd take a bit less than 5 minutes for it to decay to half of its value, but is this still true for C3/DS?
Could someone please look up the real times associated with the numbers I gave above?

According to the C3/DS Genetics Kit:
79 is roughly equal to 2.1 minutes.
73 is roughly equal to 1.1 minutes.
68 is roughly equal to 41.8 seconds.
64 is roughly equal to 28.1 seconds.
52 is roughly equal to 8.6 seconds.
47 is roughly equal to 5.2 seconds.
Lots of difference from C1, huh?

79 2min 3sec
73 1min 8sec
68 41.6sec
64 28.01sec
52 8.551sec
47 5.215sec
Acording to GeneticsLab, not sure if they are really that way (not sure if halflives are really halflives, I experimentet around with that once and got strange results) |

Thanks everyone! Slink does mention in her tutorial that half lives aren't exactly half lives, but they're 'near enough' for our purposes.
Just a quick post with some more values I'd like to be checked, please!
