Why? It's not entirely Grendel-themed plus that would get rid of Mea's awesome steampunk/plant/telaporter doorway. So far I would describe all of Grendel Man's new releases as wonderful, particularity the new sprites for the portable waterfall. My only compliant is the presence of rainbow spew in the fav place icon. Other than that Silence Falls is perfect. |

Sam999: I ran the fav place icon through Jagent (since this computer can't run BobCOB's Sprite Editor for whatever reason). Maybe this updated sprite will work for you? If it does, I'll update the actual agent later. About the Banshee Bridge: Besides the similar color scheme, I don't think Silence Falls and the Banshee Bridge mesh together thematically. This may sound stupid but - I can't find the enrtence for the Silence fall - Im not sure even if it's normal that the fav icon appears under C3 bridge area fav icon O.o? (is injected in a C3) I tried to get my waterfall grendels enter the room via the random teleporter (those coming with the banshee pack,me thinks - but no succese) as I can't even pick them up and cycle trough fav icons with page down/up (well I can with all the normal C3 rooms and others I have had - but it won't reach Silence falls >_<' The only other room I know of that also you can't use the page down and up buttons to cycle with is The Infirmary .. I also tryed to look everywhere for a portal that may be the door into it...or am I missing something ? thanks in advance |

If you're using C3 standalone, then the placement of the Favorite Place icon is normal (Past Seas's icon goes right next to it). The way C3's favorite places are wired makes it incredibly difficult to add new icons and make them part of the system (the other C3 metarooms with icons also can't be reached with hotkeys). The teleporter into the area is in the Norn Terrarium, in the grassy area just above the Recycler (I guess its color scheme makes it difficult to see). Risen Angel's Creatures Blog |

Thanks Grendel Man the new sprite works perfectly. Also, was at any point of its development Silence Falls inspired by the Ichor Falls creepypasta? I ask as I found loads of similarities, the names, the idea of a rainy forest with weird reptilian creatures living in it and that the new sprite for the big brown/tan colored mushrooms looks kind of like the stillwood fungus that show up in some of its stories. |

I never head of the Ichor Falls before. The Waterfall mushrooms were originally sprites that came with C3 I think, but they weren't used in the game. I modified them to fix the floating problem that they had. The smaller watercup mushrooms were hand drawn by me & were loosely based on real species of mushroom. |
