Today is the last day of the CCSF 2011 - or is it? Hmmm... mysterious!
The first release today is soliloquy's Veridia metaroom, a gorgeous meadow filled with flowers and trees for your creatures' delight! Veridia is perfect for flying norns and wolfling runs, with its large size and multiple levels, and can be filled any which way you want. You can grab Veridia here!
Liam has released a super special extra agent for the Biodome, the Biodome Object Pack! Filled with a variety of flora and fauna, this pack is sure to help populate your world with life and make sure those norns have plenty to eat and play with. Check it out here.
Finally, Caotic has two beautiful desktop wallpapers for us! As a matter of fact I have one of them on my desktop right now, and my couldn't look more Creaturesy!
In addition to these awesome releases, we have three competition winners. Drumroll, please... the first is Jessica, who won the caption competition with her entry! Jodie won the cutest creature competition, with the adorable Yao, and finally, Nev won the Norn Breed of the Future competition! You can check out their entries here!

Everything looks awesome, as usual!
I feel bad because I wanted to do something for this year's CCSF, but my drawing came out badly, and I think I'll just have to wait until next year. *sighs*

Aw don't feel bad, Panda! Like you said there's always next year, and you'll have a whole year to work on something if you want to. |

Yes! Another new meta room to enjoy! The Biodome Object Pack looks awesome, too... I always like having a more natural/lively environment in C3/DS than the standard space station idea.
Hurray for my caption! Ha ha! Definitely excited about winning: Congratulations to the other winners, as well! These competitions were a nice addition to this year's CCSF.
I'm kind of sad that the CCSF is over, but I hope we can keep the momentum going throughout the year! Time to start planning for next year, right? Ha ha! Thanks again to everyone who put this together and contributed!

So many awesome releases. ^_^
I did get an error message while injecting seeds from one of the vendors, though. I e-mailed it to Liam, but I think it might just be an issue with my particular game.
You have to be honest with yourself when you are writing. If that leads to somewhere unexpected then perhaps you really needed to go there.

If this is truly the last day of the festival, then it certainly knew how to go out with a bang. Veridia is freaking gorgeous, and the Biodome pack single-handedly helped solve two pressing problems: the lack of agents with which to populate the Biodome and the lack of standalone aquatic critters/plants.
All in all, epic day to end the best CCSF we've had in a long while.

I'm glad you all seem to have really enjoyed yourselves! Is today really the last day, though? You might want to check the CCSF website tomorrow... |

Thanks Laura. I guess I felt disappointed I couldn't do my part, either.
But yes, Veridia is amazing, and my norns love it. I filled it up with lots of pretty flowers and food. There's just enough room so no one feels overly crowded.
