Today marks the release of the wonderful Biodome! This long-anticipated metaroom is highly customizable to provide a proper living space for every creature imaginable!
The community effort that went into this metaroom is wonderfully reflected by Marvolo323's poem: 'A Ditty on the Creatures Community'!
I'd also like to remind you that today is your last chance to enter in one of the three competitions for the CCSF! Head on over to the Creatures Community Spirit Festival website to find out more! Winners will be announced at the end of the CCSF and will receive a lovely prize!

Nirax gets MAJOR props for creating substitute elevators that don't have those stupid monkeys on top of them.
Cheers to everyone who helped create the Biodome! It looks awesome so far (though one of my rooms seems to be glitching... but maybe it's just this particular world being glitchy in general ) and I can't wait to play around with it.
You have to be honest with yourself when you are writing. If that leads to somewhere unexpected then perhaps you really needed to go there.

Someone just pointed out a room permeability error that I somehow missed -- creatures fall through the bridge between the two cave areas in the top left. To fix it, open the caos command line (control+shift+c, and type:
door grap 2983 21627 grap 2971 21695 50 |
Hit enter.
Then type:
door grap 2983 21627 grap 2971 21695 50 |
Hit enter. This will fix the problem.

Also, Officer, shoot me an email or PM with the problem -- it might be your computer glitching, but it might also be the room, and I'd like to look into it anyway
Also for mac users, there is a known problem that we couldn't sort out. You guys are extra lucky, because you get two of each elevator! Twice the transportation awesomeness for your creatures. Just kill hots the elevator that doesn't respond to call buttons and you'll be fine and dandy.

I noticed that too, but aside from that the only problem I found is that the lift buttons lack help text. Which reminds me, if something installs its catalogue files automatically on injection, how can I install them to the GOG.com version?

Awesome, awesome, awesome!
Wiimeiser: I usually have to go digging through my folders to find the catalogue files. You should be able to find them somewhere in Documents\Creatures\Docking Station\Catalogue. Sort by date, and you should find the newest catalogue files, which are usually the ones that are missing. These need to be copied over to Program Files\GOG.com\Creatures Exodus\Docking Station\Catalogue.
You might also find them in your Creatures 3 folder, rather than Docking Station. Hope this helps!
