I had a thought of something I'd really like for my wolfing runs - a connectible gender sorter. You know, like Clucky's Sort Hat, except it sorts male/female instead of sorting race. I'd use it to force one gender to go through Danikat's IQ test in order to be able to breed, since immortals can often just stay in the foodless area and breed happily if you try to make it a wolfing run.
By the way, I don't care if anyone steals my ideas for their own work, as long as you don't try to stop me from making my own stuff. Many ideas I mention are things I don't have the time or skill to actually do. |

That's....actually a really good idea. I generally just send all norns through the IQ test, but it has its own set of problems as you mentioned. Wonder why this hasn't come up before?

I know the interporter can allow only males or females to go through, but the norn would have to actually push the interporter for that to work. The technology's there though.

I believe that
when used in a creature-only called script such as pushing, pulling, hitting, would allow male-only actions.
Conversely,
would give female-only actions.

Close, but 1 is male and 2 is female. |

Indeed. 0 always is a wildcard that any classifier is allowed here, e.g. to find only a certain kind of agent such as "gadget".

Actually, I figured out how to do this with existing agents. The Interporters are connectible and can be set to allow only one gender to pass through them. So I set up a male-only and female-only Interporter leading to different spots, both hooked up to a Creatures Radar. Then I had an Egg Finder hooked up to a Timer to bring all eggs there.
