I downloaded Docking Station a few days ago and tried to register it. I was never sent a confirmation email. I tried registering again with a different address, and wasn't sent an email there either. The system knows I've registered, as it won't allow me to use the same user name. Is there anything I can do to get this started? Do emails still go out? |

Have you tried to log in with the unconfirmed account? If it workes good for you, if not download and install C12DS (download link 2 is working (not sure about the others)), which allows you to play offline. |

Try requesting another confirmation email, I had the same problem but when I asked for another I finally got it. |

Did you check your spam/junk/bulk mail folder? Kind of obvious but it trips up a lot of people. Which version of the site did you register on? One of them (the co.uk I think) is basically broken. And what type of email are you using? It's possible, though very unlikely, that their mail server has blacklisted it. |

I'm having the same issue now. :/ Signed up for multiple accounts and each time I get absolutely nothing. I even requested my password through the "forgot a password" thing, and no dice. Can somebody sign up for an account and see if it works? |

I had a go and there is a problem with the signup process. Unfortunately I'm afraid the Docking Station registration is now offline because of the email fault, and Gameware have said they are unable to provide continued support for it due to the costs. So I can't say if the fault can be repaired  You can try emailing: webmaster@gamewaredevelopment.com and in the mean time the C12DS addon allows you to play offline, or try here. Don AmberCreatures |
