Hey I was just wondering about something really important to me my norn Vincentia is walking weirdly but it's not the typical limp. She walks forward 2 steps and backward 1 result:
She moves slowly and gets really hungry since she can't reach food wanted by other norns (or about to rot) fast enough. She also is just typaically slow. Which is very annoying for her. And constant miracle healing her gets annoying. Also other norns don't really bother talking to her since she is way way too slow for them ... any suggestions on how to fix her sad leg deformaty

Strange gaits are caused by mutations, which unfortunately cannot be cured. You can drag her around by hand to help her get where she needs to go, but there isn't a way to make her walk normally without assistance.
Your best bet is probably to just put vendors and toys around her so she always has what she needs nearby and doesn't need to go anywhere.

Sounds quite similar to this mutation ^
I would not let her breed with other norns, perhaps put some vendors in an airlock and isolate her. |

I agree with Ghosthande, that's certainly a genetic mutation. Actually it happens in the same way as limping: some pose genes and/or a bunch of gait genes mutate.

How did she die? Was it related to her disability? Also is this mutation possible in creatures 1 and 2?

Did the stopperplant keep pushing her back into the pond?

I found quite often that when I played in NG1, they would use the top level to dive into the pool, but the stopperplant would keep pushing them back in even when they tried to escape.

Does that happen even if it's facing right?

I'd thought the stopperplant had two 'hands' - one facing left, trapping norns in the pool, the other facing right, keeping norns out of the pool. :/ I could be remembering wrongly, though.

There's two kinda of stopperplants. One in the garden and one in a pot that you can download and inject separately. One of both can be set to a 'direction', not sure which one though. Probably the potted version.

Ok I might try setting it soon.

The description says they can be set into a single direction, but after my experience (and I use the potted version a lot) there are only 2 options: off and both directions.
