Anyone who have the Windows 7 beta: Are you able to run Creatures 2? Are any other games in the series incompatible?

I've been wondering this, too; I'd love to be able to play Creatures 2 on Windows 7.
Can you touch the stars?
Then you must be an Astro Norn...
My Creatures DS username is the same as this one. PM me if you want to connect! |

I just got Windows 7 today. I have Windows 7 Professional, which also has the XP emulator. Unfortunately, I'm thick as a rock, so I don't know how to USE the XP emulator. I've just been running stuff in Compatibility Mode for Windows XP Service Pack 2.
Thus far, trying to run C2 hasn't worked. Administrator privileges, XP compatibility...doesn't work. I'm trying to figure out about the XP thing.
However, everything else works. C1 works, C3 works, DS works, CV works. From what I can tell, Win7 is faster than Vista. Even my internet browsing has sped up because I upgraded.
Edit: Hrrrgh. The XP virtualization isn't something that comes with Windows 7. It's just a downloadable application to be used with Virtual PC: http://www.microsoft.com/windows/virtual-pc/download.aspx |

Windows 7 does not support C2! The best thing to do (which I did) is download virtual pc from microsoft website and buy a cheap copy of windows 2000 proffesional. It did this and creatures 2 works like a charm!
