I've recently tried to install C1 on XP unfortunately i have the windows 95 version and haven't been able to find a way around it. Is there any way i would be able to, or will i have to buy 'The Albian Years' release. Thanks |

You need to run C1 in compat. mode (in the properties window of the shortcut)  Geek Ettin's Lab (New!) Bill Gates: "Be nice to nerds. Chances are you'll end up working for one."  |

Just chiming in with back-up. lembamjunior is correct. Right click "Setup.exe" in the disc folder, go to the Compatibility tab, and check the "Run this program in compatibility mode for Windows 95" option. You may have to do that with the launcher when it's finished installing, too, unless you choose to update to 1.02 and/or 1.04. |
