"Cars now come with several cup holders, and this innovative accessory helps you make the most of them! French-Fry Holder holds one order of fries (and its cardboard container) close at hand! Even has a clip-on ketchup cup!"
Hope you find this as humorous as I did. Mostly because it's actually a real product.

I don't think I'll get one for my car. I'm a new driver and at the mo I'd be too cautious to take even one hand off the wheel. |

My cousin ate a cup of pudding while driving once. Her boyfriend (in the passengers seat) was steering the car. o.O
It was just a little nerve wracking. |

Well we can't *drink* and drive (unless you're Paris Hilton) so I'm excercising my right to eat and drive!
Though where else other than the UK or the USA would you find a car accesory designed to hold junk food... |

I guess you'll just have to eat your french fries in a normal, safe manner: while not driving.

Yes. You'll have to eat them at a table like a normal person whilst us elite dangerously force fries into our mouth whilst skidding down a busy highway...
I don't own a car either, but that's why stealing from your parents was invented |

I thought I would really miss having my car when I moved to Sweden to study for six months, but it's actually been kind of nice to ride bicycles and walk everywhere. You don't have to pay for gas, you can't get monthly speeding tickets and you don't have to wash anything.
I could get used to this.

Public transportation is great (if not a necessity) if you live in a big city, but otherwise in the U.S. it's... meh.

I'd be a dangerous enough driver without eating... I play Jak X: Combat Racing too much ![[evil] [evil]](/images/smilies/evil.gif)
I just became old enough to start learning to drive but... meh, don't want to. There's going to be an oil crisis in a few years anyway. |

One of the local restaurants here serves their french fries in cup-shaped containers if you get them to-go. :3 Saves you the trouble because they already fit in the cupholders! |

I actually do eat french fries while driving, but that's because I set them at the top of the bag before I pull out of the drive-through and munch on them at the impressive rate of one chip a minute. I don't like eating when I'm driving most of the time, but I'll make an exception for a small, one-handed food that I can reach without taking my eyes off the road. Even then, I have to be really hungry to entertain the thought.
Still... this french fry box holder seems really extreme.
You have to be honest with yourself when you are writing. If that leads to somewhere unexpected then perhaps you really needed to go there.
